Hey! I’m Iain, and I’m the founder of Kickstart Fitness
I’m a former Sports & Exercise Science graduate who after University went into full-time work running my own Personal Training business. The transition from University to full-time work wasn’t easy and I started to lose control over my own health and fitness, I also saw my friends in the same position as me, this was when I knew I needed to do something about it. During this time I developed a toolbox of strategies to allow myself and my friends to make progress in spite of our busy lifestyles.
Since then, I’ve used these tools to help others create equally impressive results without the overwhelm, stress & sacrifice.
